Galápagos Acacia (Acacia rorudiana) is endemic to Galapagos.
This looks almost like a different species, as the thorns are longer, and the new growth is red opposed to light green on the other photo. I don’t remember if I shot the same tree or not, but perhaps the red is due to direct exposure to the sun, while the other is in dappled shade.
