Lesser kiskadee (Pitangus lictor) looks very similar to the Great Kiskadee, but on location their different sizes is the easiest way to identify. If you are off-site, the size of the bill is probably the best way, and the bill of the Great Kiskadee is larger, wider. and simply looks more powerful. Best is to have the photo of the bill of each side by side.
