In seems this wild coco (Eulophia alta) is growing on solid ground, but this is in fact a float. Underneath it is very deep in some places, so stepping out of the boat is a no go – I tested with a very long stick and it didn’t reach the bottom! Thus I had to photograph from the boat.
Native range is Tropical and Subtropical America, Tropical Africa.
