Hypericums are beautiful in UV light, as they are not uniformly colored, and this species is no exception.
This species forms impenetrable thickets dotted with flowers, that seem pruned by an expert, but neither goat nor human have anything to to with this amazing growth!
Hypericum scopulorum is endemic to Socotra.
