This is the uncommon pink form of willow-leaved Rhododendron (Rhododendron lepidotum). It also comes in a white and purple form.
In the last two images you can see the purple form in the background and compare it with the pink form in the foreground.

Native range of willow-leaved rhododendron (Rhododendron lepidotum) is Northeast Pakistan to China and Northeast Myanmar.
